Whether you are a fighter, a trainer, a fitness enthusiast or just someone who wants to get in shape or lose a few pounds, Sinbi Muay Thai will give you the results you want, and an experience that you will never forget.
Every student gets 5 x 3 rounds of pad work time with one of the trainers during the group class.
* Muay Thai sparring or boxing sparring and clinching takes place most days- more often than not in the afternoon session.
* Every Saturday morning students are taught the Wai Kru by the trainers.
* Saturday afternoon class is sparring focused. You will still get 5 rounds of 1 on1 time with one of the trainers but this time will be used to practice controlled sparring before being partnered up to spar with other students.
